On Monday June 6 I had the privilege of giving the first lecture in a 4 part series titled “The Doctrine of Discovery, Racial Justice, and the Mission of the Church.”
This series is sponsored by Peace Fellowship Church in DC and will meet every Monday evening in June (5, 12, 19, 26) from 7 PM – 8:30 PM. Each week dinner will be provided at 6:30 PM (pizza) and the class is free and open to the public.
The lectures are also audio recorded and made available online. I invite you listen. If you are in the DC area you are invited to join us next week Monday for the second lecture titled “The Temptations of Greatness.” And if you are outside of DC, lecture 2 in the series will be available online next Tuesday.
